Everyone here ships. You'll own a surface end to end rather than a ticket queue, and the person who decides what gets built is in the room.
Creators are the customer
We read every support thread. Half the roadmap comes from people telling us what their bank got wrong the week before.
Money deserves care
We move fast on the product and slowly on anything touching someone's limit, their payout, or their data. Knowing the difference is the job.
